En el mundo occidental la tradición panadera hunde sus profundas raíces desde el ámbito familiar pasando por el social y el comercial. El contexto religioso, político y social también se ven reflejados en tan noble alimento, representación actual del trabajo del hombre.Bread is an inspiration for both cooks and intellectuals.
