La irrupción femenina al trabajo remunerado ha desestabilizado el equilibrio económico-social existente. Lo que no cambia es el papel preponderante que la mujer posee en la realización de determinadas tareas: cuidado de los ancianos, enfermos y niños, y para las que no existe un sustituto en la sociedad. Es una realidad que la estructura laboral se organiza como si no existiera más obligación para la mujer trabajadora, que la propia tarea en la organización; lo que se plantea como una renuncia al cuidado de los hijos y del hogar. El presente escrito pretende reflexionar acerca de lo que supondría una reestructuración creativa: la conciliación de la vida familiar y la actividad profesional, mediante el análisis de los postulados de algunas corrientes feministas.The turbulence which has characterized the last years of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21stcoincides with the transformation of the traditional roles man-woman. The irruption of women in paid work has disrupted the existing economic-social balance. What has not changed is the preponderant role that the woman has in certain areas; caring for the ancient, sick or children and for this there does not exist a substitute in society. It is a reality that the labor structure is organized as if there is no other obligation for the woman worker than that of the specific task of the organization, which leads to giving up the care of children and the home.
