It also explains the basic elements of these policies in developing economies and the way laws and institutions derive from them. It likewise identifies international rules proposed such as: Principles for international trade, intellectual property, national treaties, quantitative restrictions to trade, agreements on investment matters, antidumping and subsidy agreements.1 36
