Item type:Publication, Drenaje peritoneal versus laparotomía como abordaje para enterocolitis necrosante perforada en recién nacidos pretérmino de bajo peso(2021) ;Loyola-Nieto, Paula ;Márquez-González, Horacio ;Barajas-Nava, Leticia A.Nieto-Zermeño, JaimeNecrotizing enterocolitis is common in preterm newborns, with consequent intestinal perforation. The standard treatment for intestinal perforation is surgery. However, it is suggested that inserting a drain into the abdomen may be effective in treating this condition.
