Abstract
Antiphon's views on justice and human laws are subject to various interpretations which generally ascribe to the sophist the idea of a radical inferiority of human laws and a defense of natural laws. Those interpretations are neither necessary nor justified, as an accurate translation and an attentive study of the fragments B44A or B44B DK demonstrates. ©Classical Association of Canada ©The author.
