Abstract
The purpose herein is to analyze how the principle of equality is applied on case laws, under the applicability for this constitutional principle to judicial precedents, the active and pasive subjects, the content of the emerging obligation, as well as the judgment that the judge shall make while applying case laws un order to comply with the equality mandates. © Cuestiones Constitucionales
