Abstract

Lymphangiomas are benign venolymphatic lesions considered as hamartomatous tumors, predominantly affecting pediatric patients. It is estimated that ∼20% affect the orbit and ocular adnexa. Orbital lymphangioma (OL) represents between 1% and 3% of orbital tumors.
