It refers both to the action which leads to or terror towards the workplace and to the sickness produced in the worker. Tile victim is subjected to unjustified violence through negative acts at work by co-workers, subordinate or superior, systematically and recurrently, during a prolonged period of time as months or even years. All has the intention of harassing, intimidating or perturbing the victim until he abandons his job. This article examines the causes, characteristics, descriptive traits of both the victim and victimizer, forms of expression en effects of this phenomenon, as a means of proposing certain ways of solution to this corrosive problem.32 168
