    Transición al aprendizaje virtual y sus efectos: tecnoestrés en estudiantes universitarios en el contexto de la Covid-19

    This research work aims to analyze the level of technostress, causes and effects in students of the University of Guadalajara, under the context of online education, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology used is quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental. The instrument used was Salanova’s «technostress» questionnaire (RED-ICT), «effects» by Jena, and «causes» by Suh and Lee, instruments with verifiable acceptable levels of reliability and validity. Survey applied virtually through Google Froms, to a sample of 221 university students. The findings show that students report having a moderate level of technostress. The dimensions that most influence this condition are: work overload, role ambiguity, and individual aspects, such as neuroticism. Regarding the effects, it was found that university students are not satisfied with the online modality; they recognize that their learning has not been entirely satisfactory. It was concluded that it is essential and necessary to propose projects and strategies to reduce this condition in students. It is suggested to take actions and allocate resources, in order to improve the satisfaction, performance and quality of education.

    Condiciones, voces y percepciones de jóvenes de la UPN, durante la pandemia por COVID-19

    The objective of this work is aimed at knowing and describing the social and technological conditions and inequalities, as well as some of the educational and emotional experiences of the young people of the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Unidad 153, Ecatepec, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis starts from a structuralist constructivist perspective of Pierre Bourdieu and a mixed methodology based on a non-probabilistic sample for convenience and semistructured interviews. The implications of studying the degree in a non-face-to-face way, the material conditions and the perceptions of the students during confinement were analyzed. The results show that a large percentage of those surveyed have thought about abandoning their studies, given that the distance modality has been linked to other activities such as domestic activities and caring for relatives, as well as the lack of technological capital, income and the prevailing need to work, assuming different roles, in addition to that of students. On the other hand, the text highlights that studying at home had an influence on widening the inequality gaps as not everyone had the same tools and services; however, it triggered other learnings related to the use of educational platforms and contributed to building greater autonomy in learning. Therefore, this work exposes the different difficulties, inequalities, perceptions and emotional affectations that this student community faced, but also highlights the exercise of their autonomy around other learning that contributes to their professional training.

    Crear un Social Media Plan para una empresa a distancia: reto de trabajo colaborativo y de aprendizaje

    La educación a distancia se ha convertido en un reto para estudiantes y docentes, especialmente en el desarrollo de prácticas que permitan el contacto real del estudiante con el mundo empresarial. En este caso, a través de un proyecto integrador con el trabajo colaborativo de 3 asignaturas: Marketing Digital, Contenidos Digitales y Redes Sociales y Community Management, los estudiantes establecieron un mecanismo de asistencia a distancia, con el que trabajaron con empresas reales, quienes fueron sus clientes durante un semestre, para la planeación, implementación y evaluación y control de un Social Media Plan. Con la ayuda de las nuevas tecnologías y con el compromiso de generar una presencialidad remota efectiva, cada empresa alcanzó sus objetivos y, de esta forma, el proyecto cumplió también su objetivo de aprendizaje: Acercar a los alumnos al ambiente laboral mediante el involucramiento de los mismos en la dinámica diaria de una empresa para la elaboración de un Social Media Plan.
