    What has been called the feminine revolution is one of the major events -perhaps the greatest- inherited by this century and which is yet challenged by consolidation. The ever growing incorporation of women to all economic fields is one of the consequences of the avalanche of transformations occurred during the last decades. Though there is still much to be done, the urgent demands of feminine performance have emerged, and overcoming immediacy, we now have the opportunity to rethink the aspects which will define the cardinal impact of women in our world.

    Some ethical considerations about pornography regulations

    In this paper I analyse the main moral arguments of radical feminists and liberal feminists on pornography. Radical feminists claim that pornography is intrinsically immoral, since it is a violent representation of women as sexual objects and perpetuates gender inequality, therefore, they insist on its ban. In contrast, liberal feminists defend that there are moral arguments in favour of pornography, since it is a case of free speech and, as such, it ought to be tolerated. Here I hold that while some sexually-explicit materials are immoral and must be restricted by law, it is nevertheless some of them should be tolerated or supported by the state if it is the case that they promote gender equality.
