Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, La perspectiva de los residentes por la actividad recreativa en el Centro Histórico de la alcaldía de Coyoacán(Hospitalidad ESDAI, 2019) ;García Vázquez, Josué Emmanuel ;Oliva Aguilar, Víctor Ramón ;Mendoza Ontiveros, Marta MarivelCampus Ciudad de MéxicoIn the last few decades, tourist or recreational areas have ge-nerated negative symptoms due to the increase in the num-ber of visitors, which has affected the host communities. The objective of this document is to show preliminary results of a research that seeks to analyze the perceptions of the residents towards this problem in the Historical Center of the Coyoacán City Hall from the Social Exchange Theory. This aim will be achieved using the ethnographic method, upon the concept that tourism or recreational activity is a phenomenon that in-volves the interaction between visitors and hosts. As a finding, there is currently massive tourism in the study area, which has led to negative demonstrations by some residents. This situa-tion arises because tourism implies the interaction between tourists, visitors and the local community in a given geogra-phical area; it can be understood that this exchange generates both positive (benefits) and negative (costs) impacts, which are analyzed from the perception of the receiving community, as well as to investigate the effects it causes in an area promo-ted as a tourist, cultural and gastronomic attraction, due to its importance at the level of visitors acquisition4 113 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Paisaje para el turismo de naturaleza en el Área de Protección de Recursos Naturales de la Cuenca Hidrográfica del Río Necaxa, Región Huauchinango, Puebla(Hospitalidad ESDAI, 2019) ;Socci Tokunaga, Midori ;Oliva Aguilar, Víctor Ramón ;Ramos Sáenz Pardo, JerónimoCampus Ciudad de MéxicoThe tourist activity and the landscape are two closely related factors. That is why studies should be generated to describe its importance for the development of tourism activities, mainly nature activities, and to evaluate the positive and negative impacts. These studies are especially critical within natural areas since fragile ecosystems are concentrated in these areas where alterations and anthropogenic activity result in irrever-sible damage. The aim of this research is the study and analy-sis of the landscape resources that give identity to the areas in the municipality of Huauchinango, Puebla, and surroun-ding areas. The Direct Method of Representative Subjectivity (DMRS) was used: this made it possible to assess its aesthe-tic quality through the use of photographs. It also generated a strengthening in the tourism of nature activities, having mainly the rooting of the territory by the inhabitants and the benefit that they obtain through the tourist activities, as well as the mechanisms of conservation for the anthropogenic structures. This method could also consider the importance of establishing strategies for the decision-makers for the preser-vation and recovery of some landscape areas32 193
