    Without a proper methodology it is impossible to measure the impact of environmental change on corporations. Different factors and variables such as precision, quantity, quality, opportunity and cost-benefit related to the expectations of types and economic, social and cultural capacities of the clients. PICS methodology was created in 1998, as an evaluation tool for business corporations which had applied for convenient credits to the Bank of Mexico and the evaluation of their activity through FIDEC (Fund for commercial development). The success of this methodology lies in its flexibility and the incorporation of diverse factors. Due to the fact that many of the elements to be evaluated are intangible; the methodology is based on the perceptive value of such elements with the attributes of the corporation in question.
