This article holds mobbing to be a pathological human behavior manifested as a problem in the workplace due to a lack of respect for the dignity of the worker as a relevant element in the labor relationship. It highlights the characteristics of this inhuman phenomenon, so as to prevent, face and end this psychological abuse in the workplace. Advice is given on this matter. It likewise points out that these perverse acts are strengthened where the law of the strongest prevails.
