Abstract
Many hotels have chosen to reuse towels, avoid unnecessary laundry, use energy saving bulbs and combine interior lighting with the use of natural light, in which there may be a considerable energy saving. They have also chosen the reduction of external noise by improving the acoustics, thus contributing to the quiet comfort of guests. But today that's not enough for a traveler. Tourists are also looking to relax, exercise and stay healthy in places which take care of the planet and the environment. If you want to offer your guests the ultimate experience, it`s necessary to incorporate the fifth facade or green roofs and walls to provide the guest recreational, esthetic, environmental, social and economic benefits. The awareness of taking care of the environment will give an added value to hoteles.
