Abstract
Este escrito constituye la presentación de la revista HOSPITALIDAD-ESDAI, órgano académico de difusión de la Escuela Superior de Administración de Instituciones. Asimismo pretende ser una reflexión en torno a los principios fundacionales de ESDAI, inspirados en el pensamiento del Beato Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer y un recorrido por los tres momentos que han dado identidad y proyección a la Escuela a lo largo de 32 años y que la han puesto a la vanguardia de las instituciones de servicio de la hospitalidad, al atender de manera permanente a las necesidades de la sociedad, la familia y la persona.
This essay constitutes the presentation of the "HOSPITALITY-ESDAI" magazine, academic diffusion medium of ESCUELA SUPERIOR DE ADMINISTRACION DE INSTITUCIONES. Likewise, it pretends to be a reflection on the constituent principles of ESDAI, inspired by the mind of the Blessed Josemaría Escriv´ de Balaguer and a journey through the three moments which have given identity and projection to the school throughout 32 years, and which have put it at the forefront of hospitality management institutions by tending, in a permanent way, to the needs of the society, the family and the individual person.
