Abstract
To the Editor: Follicular lymphoma (FL) is a neoplasm with complex cellular interactions. Although important advances in the understanding of the immunophenotype and the molecular characteristics of FL exist, little is known about its microenvironment. The tumour FL microenvironment is composed of a mixture of various cell types, small blood vessels, and different molecules and can affect the way a neoplasm grows and spreads and possibly plays a role in the response of the neoplasm to treatment. ©Pathology
