Protocolo de familia: las empresas familiares
    (Hospitalidad ESDAI, 2016)

The Familiar Protocol is a mechanism of agreements and codes of conduct which seeks to respond to the problems that may arise when implementing ownership, succession and government of a family business; situations that may affect the professional, economic, or even personal relations between family and company. It is, therefore, an individualized approach of action that seeks to harmonize business and family issues, understood as a whole. The origin of this contractual figure can be found primarily in Anglo-Saxon tradition countries, where it is considered as an indicator of good governance of family businesses, which has been extended to the rest of the countries of the European Community and the world. The need to develop a family protocol stems from the complexity of the Family Business, because of the personal and professional elements that come together in the company. Definitely, it's an instrument of articulated reflection through agreements that ensure the continuity of family companies in an ever-changing economic, globalised and competitive environment, providing them with greater professionalization. In particular, is the agreement that will help the family to become an Entrepreneur Family, joined by a common future.

As a result of the continuous and profound changes that have occurred in the world, and especially in the labor market, de facto, new ways of working relationships that do not always conform to traditional standards established have evolved in the current legal system in Mexico. Originated from this new social dynamic in labor relations, and after extensive debate, the Mexican Congress approved the resolution amending, supplementing and repealing various provisions of the Federal Labor Act, published in the Mexico's Official Journal of the Federation (DOF) on November 30, 2012, to be in force the next day so that, since December 1, 2012, that law regulates new types of contracts: probationary, of initial training, and seasonal contracts; outsourcing, as well as a new type of working day: per time unit.

New Technologies have modified the role played by didactics in the educational process. For a long time they were considered last when designing the curricula; however, their great potential as means of better transmitting the curricular contents, have at present made them a key factor in said design. Thus, a new instructional model, characterized by auto motivated learning and the transformation of one way instruction (traditional model) into an inclusive one has emerged. This article is intended as a reflection on the challenges faced by education in the presence of a generalized use of new technologies.

Ortotanasia, pauta y límite a la eutanasia

Since ancient times mankind has faced death with fear of death, however, nowadays he faces an even deeper fear of old age, sickness, pain, incapacity to see for oneself, dependency or the loss of physical and mental capacities which may appear before death itself. This situation causes diverse and extreme points of view. On one side there are people who are willing to hold on to life no matter the cost, on the other are those who find in euthanasia the only dignified and acceptable death. This has been a matter of great controversy and there is no consensus on the moral and legal implications of this practice which is considered illegal in most countries except the Netherlands and Belgium. Euthanasia becomes even more complicated when it encounters cases such as the consent of minors or people deprived of the capacity to express themselves due to factors such as mental retardation, coma, Alzheimer's etc., since the decision cannot come from them it falls on next of kin, social security or a judicial court. This is true of people who due mostly to old age, are unwilling continue living.

The present article offers a very general view of the significance of integrating a work team and the carrying out of the tasks and activities which correspond to working in a team. Based on a mix of general ideas and definitions of team work, the characteristics, implications and results of teamwork are analysed. In the same way, the intention is to indicate that teamwork has much more serious implications than the theory offers since the difficulties of the practical application of these concepts are reflected in a definite form in the professional field.
