Escuela de PedagogíaFrom time immemorial, the social and moral development of the individual has been a subject of interest for all philosophical, pedagogical, sociological and psychological schools of thought. In this research, using qualitative case study, we intend to establish how virtues are expressed in the context of a Mexican public secondary school through contact with three teachers of Civics and Ethics. We are aware of the importance of teachers’ reflections on the moral, ethical and pedagogical commitment to their socio-cultural environment and how this affects the practice of certain virtues.
