How to help people who, in extreme situations, have chosen something which ended in tragedy: An abortion or euthanasia. It highlights some common aspects which must be one way or another, developed by every "life defender". A person willing to work for life, needs, first of all, a strong and free heart; he must daily become more independent of the judgments of others. At the same time, he must recognize that we are all deeply and personally involved in the events of our world. If we accept this fact, we will be able to see, with cleaner eyes, apart from all errors, that there is much goodness and beauty in others. We are called to endeavor in the difficult art of going in-depth with others, to not remain in what is said, but to arrive to what is meant. In a moment of discouragement, failure or distress, it is terribly important to find someone who understands, who doesn't fight, doesn't coldly classify but who is capable of sharing the - often contradictory - feelings, found in the human heart. If we want someone to, really, detach himself from error, ugliness or evil, and open himself to new knowledge, one must enter into a friendly relationship with him. Advice is only accepted when there is trust. One follows a friend and nobody else. In an atmosphere of trust and kindness, one should appeal to the other's noblest reasons so that he may, by himself, want to do good or repent of evil. He can and must decide by himself to leave the hole into which he has fallen. The proximity of a friend makes this possible. If a person gets used to discovering the goodness in the hearts of all men, he lays the foundation for the awakening of a new life in one who has behaved badly; it will even broaden his own life. The honest treatment of others will make his vitality grow. More ideas will occur, more values will shimmer. Item type:Publication, Sentimiento y comportamiento en las organizaciones(Hospitalidad ESDAI, 2004) ;Campus Ciudad de MéxicoCampus Ciudad de MéxicoLa celebración del trigésimo quinto Aniversario de la Escuela Superior de Administración de Instituciones (ESDAI) constituye una oportunidad para analizar el papel de la mujer en las empresas y organizaciones en general. Para ello, nos servimos del estudio de dos instancias humanas muy relevantes: sentimientos y comportamientos. En este contexto cabe decir que las ciudades femeninas, en contra de lo que suele pensarse, más que sentimientos son comportamientos fructuosos para cualquier organización prestadora de servicios. Sospechamos que la mujer, habiendo ejercido secularmente una influencia poderosa en la sociedad desde el hogar, al salir de él, por considerar su tarea poco relevante, no ha encontrado en la sociedad, hasta ahora, un ámbito propicio para desarrollar sus valores propiamente femeninos e influir con ellos, ni ha regresado a aquel que ha sido su espacio propio y desde el que dejaba en el radio entero social una huella que ahora echamos en falta.8 128
