Item type:Publication, Obesidad: causa o consecuencia de los trastornos de la alimentación(Hospitalidad ESDAI, 2003); Campus Ciudad de MéxicoObsesity has been related to the disturbances in feeding behaviour due to the frequent desire of obese patients to lose weight or recover their ideal weight. These people tend to fall into a restrictive feeding conduct or in the so-called diets. The nil or partial efficiency of a diet can lead to the obese patient suffering disturbances in his/her alimentation. It is not enough to only use a medical treatment to attack the numerous organic variables. There is also the need of the intervention of other specialists, such as psychologists and nutritionists, to achieve reliable and lasting treatment and results in obese people.3 200 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Los beneficios del consumo de pescado(Hospitalidad ESDAI, 2015); Campus Ciudad de MéxicoIncluding fish consumption in the daily diet is an important contribution of good digestibility and high biological value protein, due to its content of essential amino acids. It also contains fats composed of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids as functional nutrients, as well as vitamins and minerals. Organizations around the world are intensely promoting fish for its beneficial effects on health, among which are protective antiarrhythmic, antithrombotic, antisclerotic and anti-inflammatory properties; this will increase the consumption of this food and those organisms will provide a recipe book and information about its preservation.8 737
