Abstract
In order to carry out this task a study of the profile for each leader is made, as well as that of the follower, so as to identify the characteristic traits of each one them, as well as their role within labor activity. A leader is defined as a person that moves others due to his/her natural ability to show the way. The director doesn't necessarily have this charisma, but he/she knows how to make use of certain functions inherent to his/her office, such as sanctioning ability. Both, leaders and directors have a certain power over others, which has to be channeled toward the attainment of the objectives or goals of the institution. On their side, both followers and subordinates cannot be merely passive individuals, without the capacity of discernment. Without their active participation, even the best project will only be black-and-white printing. Labor activity is enriched when those who integrate the task force comply with their task with efficiency and group spirit, assuming by that the human dimension of work in its aception of labor and work is properly expressed. Lastly we present some proposals to enable college students for the transition between student environment to that of work with all the professionalism that is required by this new responsibility-be it as leaders, directors or followers-, in accord with personal situations and abilities.
