Abstract
Angioleiomyoma is a rare benign tumor, arising from the vessel wall smooth muscle and subcutaneous fat. Its commonest location is the lower extremity. We present a 37 year-old woman with a well circumscribed lesion in right adrenal gland. Histologically it consists of a proliferation of smooth muscle cells positive for actin and desmin, with irregular vascular vessels positive for CD31 and CD34. The HMB-45 was negative. The importance of this case lies in its location not previously reported, and its differential diagnosis with angiomyolipoma. © Revista Española de Patología
