The municipality of Bahía Banderas, Nayarit, was created by decree to develop the Integrally Planned Center (CIP), giving rise to the Bahía de Banderas Trust in 1970, with the agreements signed between the National Fund for Tourism Development (FONATUR) and the State Government. Thus, the actions tending to the Riviera Nayarit project arise, one of the main points of interest of this project is the Magic Town of Sayulita, under the argument of taking advantage of the natural assets and the promise of job generation. The praxeological analysis of this work is structured based on a theoretical and exploratory approach, applying semi-structured interview scripts to six specialists, who served as key actors. The results indicate that local residents, who promoted the origin of Sayulita, were forced to leave the town. As a result, housing spaces have been reduced and given rise to commercial developments to support the phenomenon of touristification which, over time, can become tourism-phobia, which leads the tenant to reject tourism as a development strategy.

Dos vertientes de aproximación a la hospitalidad.

We can say that the research about hospitality, service management and administration, has focused on the tourism industry, based on the importance of this sector, which is one of the main sources of incomes. Thus, this trend of study has an economic rationale. As a counterpart, because it is a complex term, another aspect of studies about hospitality has focused on it as a human phenomenon that involves various transactions between guests and hosts at the socio-cultural level, complementing the management activities of the so-called hospitality companies. Thus, we have two large panoramas in hospitality research: one concerning management and administration of the so-called hospitality industry and the other related to the modalities that social interactions acquire between hosts and guests, resulting from the social movements: tourism, migration and asylum, which are based on the premise of meeting the needs of the stranger to make him feel as an acquaintance.
