Abstract
Nowadays, firms and institutions look for more and more specialized people, with a global and integral vision of reality, in order to face the challenges and crises imposed by markets. The need of first-level executives, prepared for directing or influencing the ethical and responsible enterprise, has increased. The Mayor in Institutions Administration presents an opportunity for professionals profoundly committed with a service vocation, having a solid humanistic formation and a theoretical and practical foundation that would allow them to be visionaries and undertakers, conciliating the legal and entrepreneurial knowledge.
