Escuela de PedagogíaThis article presents the results of the application of the David Mersey, Calder and Mal-thouse digital media engagement scale, which measures the different types of experiences that a person has when consuming digital platforms. This instrument was used to measure consumer experiences with Netflix of 630 young Mexican university students, among which were relevant experiences that satisfy educational experiences among this study group. In the second phase of this study, 8 focus groups were conducted (46 students in total), in which it was corroborated that this platform satisfies needs beyond entertainment. In summary, students also use Netflix to learn, particularly to learn how different types of cultures are re-presented, to obtain more knowledge and context on topics of their interest and to reflect on human situations that are represented in the contents of the platform, and even use content from this OTT as a resource and educational complement.46 202 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Desde 1969 que abrió sus puertas en México D. F., tuvo por misión «formar mujeres profesionales que desempeñaran cargos directivos en la industria de la hospitalidad para promover con calidad y eficacia los servicios desarrollados en un ambiente acogedor y formativo». A leader is defined as a person that moves others due to his/her natural ability to show the way. The director doesn't necessarily have this charisma, but he/she knows how to make use of certain functions inherent to his/her office, such as sanctioning ability. Both, leaders and directors have a certain power over others, which has to be channeled toward the attainment of the objectives or goals of the institution. On their side, both followers and subordinates cannot be merely passive individuals, without the capacity of discernment. Without their active participation, even the best project will only be black-and-white printing. Labor activity is enriched when those who integrate the task force comply with their task with efficiency and group spirit, assuming by that the human dimension of work in its aception of labor and work is properly expressed. Escuela de ComunicaciónEste artículo describe una estrategia docente innovadora llevada a cabo en el ámbito de la creación audiovisual a partir de la interrupción de las clases presenciales en la Universidad a causa de la pandemia del virus COVID-19. La Asignatura de Realización Audiovisual: Televisión, contempla en su guía docente un gran componente práctico evaluable, para cuya realización es imprescindible la infraestructura y medios de la Universidad. A fin de garantizar su entrega y evaluación, interrumpida por el confinamiento, se diseñó un proyecto original, creativo y colaborativo que aprovecha las posibilidades que ofrecen las TIC. El proyecto parte de un guion elaborado colectivamente a través del juego del Cadáver Exquisito. El seguimiento, la elaboración de un cuestionario y los resultados de la creación, permiten concluir que el diseño de este proyecto ha contribuido a mejorar el manejo de las herramientas de edición, a desarrollar la creatividad de los alumnos, así como su implicación y motivación, además de haber implementado las dinámicas de trabajo en grupo a través de internet.4 178
