Dracula is one of the most feared villains of the West because he seduces his victims under the principle of hospitality, for later abusing of his position of control over them. Item type:Publication, La hospitalidad en el indicador financiero CAT(Hospitalidad ESDAI, 2015) ;Torres Mondragón, Georgina E.Campus Ciudad de MéxicoIn the current, plural and diversified society, the provision of services is an essential element for any enterprise, either private or governmental, looking to meet a need or information to the customer. The relationship between the service provider and the customer is very important in order to achieve a quality service and, in the specific case of finance, even that is customized. In this sense, this relationship can be based on hospitality, which plays a significant role in order that an institution achieve better results in its productivity and profitability to differentiate itself from other companies. In particular, financial institutions provide services to the public to guard, lend and invest money. The information provided by these institutions to its users regarding the transactions made and the application of indicators in a proper, clear and truthful way becomes an opportunity of doing it with hospitality, having a positive future impact on loyalty and yields of the users towards the institution. One of these financial indicators is the Total Annual Cost (TAC), allowing users to know the total cost of a loan, and through the publication of this information, or by making it known by an official of the institutions, hospitality is provided. By linking hospitality with this financial indicator, users can improve financial education and consequently carry out a proper decision making when choosing a financial product.27 142 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Hence, in light of these new perspectives, features and service components –such as its intangibility, simultaneous production and consumption, impossibility of standardization and its enduring character– are insufficient to analyze the process of provision and customer satisfaction, because we know that offering and receiving a service puts into play mainly human and psychological aspects which impact heavily on the quality of service, main organizational goal and fountain of profit. Services also occur in environments that involve physical components and atmosphere which can likewise result in waiting time and entertainment for clients.21 430 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
