Item type:Publication, El derecho a la educación en México. Una valoración filosófica de sus fundamentos y logros(Universidad Panamericana, 2025-07-18); El objetivo del presente artículo es estudiar el derecho a la educación para identificar los criterios que permiten definir los términos de su cumplimiento. A través de una interpretación hermenéutica del Artículo 3° constitucional, se hace notar el contraste que existe entre la administración pública de la educación y el sentido final hacia el que apunta el ejercicio de una educación de calidad. Haremos notar que el pleno cumplimiento de este derecho humano implica la satisfacción de tres dimensiones: material, humana y pedagógica. Los resultados generales que se alcanzan son: 1) existe una definición puntual de la educación como derecho fundamental en nuestra constitución, 2) los principios y planteamientos que se establecen no consideran con suficiencia principios como los pedagógicos, 3) en buena medida esta ausencia de dichos criterios se refleja en el pobre desempeño en pruebas internacionales. Nuestra propuesta es promover un principio de progresividad constitucional al Art. 3°, para con ello garantizar un mejor cumplimiento del derecho a la educación. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Facultad de Filosofía, 2022); En este artículo establecemos que en el pensamiento mítico existe, como cualidad natural, una expresión de universalidad. Siguiendo la Filosofía de las formas simbólicas de Cassirer, mostraremos que a través de la función expresiva del mito es posible desarrollar un pensamiento expresivo o un modo prelógico de conocer. Se propone después una interpretación de Edipo en Colono para mostrar que (i) esta obra ofrece un recurso plausible para relacionar al individuo y la comunidad, y que (ii) el entramado opera como un complejo camino sígnico y simbólico para delinear una forma de relación expresiva en donde es posible la unificación del individuo con la comunidad.13 69 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Individuo y comunidad en el pensamiento mítico(2022); In this article we establish that in mythical thought there is, as a natural quality, an expression of universality. Following Cassirer’s Philosophy of Symbolic Forms, we show that through the expressive function of myth it is possible to develop an expressive way of thinking or a pre-logical type of knowledge. We then propose an interpretation of Oedipus at Colonus in order to show that (i) it offers a plausible resource to relate the individual and the community, and (ii) that the framework in this tragedy works as a complex sign and symbolic path to delineate a form of expressive relationship through which it is possible to propose the unification of the individual with the community.6 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Campus Ciudad de México. Escuela de PedagogíaThe purpose of this article is to identify the pedagogical patterns within food consump-tion processes. The problem considers two aspects; first, according to health reports, our country suffers from overweight, obesity and malnutrition. Second, with regard to the food industries, although they operate under a business logic (marketing, management, adminis-trative, etc.), the promotion strategies as a whole are designed to form community behaviors, in such a way that part of the feeding problems come from a systematic intentionality. The-refore, through a documentary research we achieved two results: 1) visibility of the food sale processes as a consumer pedagogy and 2) the design of some long-term intervention strate-gies to include the concept of «dignity of the person» as part of the management strategies of gastronomic businesses.10 450 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Item type:Publication, Las reformas constitucionales del artículo 3°: una relectura pedagógica a sus reformas educativas(Universidad Panamericana, Escuela de Pedagogía, 2018-12-28); ; Universidad Panamericana. Escuela de PedagogíaIn this paper, we analyze the Constitutional Reforms (CR) of Article 3° (1934-2016), to evaluate whether the translation in Educational Reforms (RE) has translated the set of constitutional ideals. The method of work is as follows: with the construction of the concepts of Political Pedagogy and Curriculum (as a political instrument), in a second section, a critical reading of the different CR to Art. 3 is elaborated. Three results are reached: first, that Article 3 is the ideal and legal framework that the Mexican State must promote through the SRs and their curricular proposals. Second, the first RC (1934-1993) promoted a nation project through a Political Pedagogy. Third, the general structure of the last SR (2002-2016), by privileging the international character in the different curricular proposals, has neglected the criterion of national identity43 2192 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Campus Aguascalientes. Instituto de HumanidadesThis article studies the religious experience as a moment of encounter and cultural unity. From the philosophy of Religion proposed by Ernst Cassirer in Mythical Thought, an interpretation of two texts is elaborated: the encounter between San Juan Diego and the Virgin Mary (Tonantzin Guadalupe) and Moses and the Burning Bush (Yahweh); with both analyses two central results are manifested: (1) that the emotional warning, denominated by Cassirer as “symbolic expression”, constitutes the foundation of the encounter and unity between the human being and the divinity and (2) that such symbolic expression implies ritual activities through which the understanding of the mystery is possible.55 111 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
