Cuando el «síndrome del calendario» amenaza Actualmente es posible advertir que el profesor soporta un notorio cansancio físico y psíquico, originado en gran medida gracias al «síndrome de calendario», es decir, vive pegado a un calendario, consulta el primer «puente», las vacaciones, los fines de semana, etcétera. Este síndrome es reflejo de pensamientos de huida, de cambio y de salida.

El libro está divido en cinco partes, cada una de las cuales abarca varios capítulos que apoyan el objetivo de cada apartado. En la primera sección —«El mayor enemigo en casa»—, el autor realiza un análisis de la situación actual de la familia, además de acotar algunas diferencias con otros modelos de familia existentes. Plantea a la familia moderna como generadora inicial del estrés de sus miembros, a causa de problemas que surgen de la dinámica de la misma (divorcio; incapacidad del diálogo; falta de autoridad; mayor independencia en la relación de los cónyuges, lo que ocasiona que uno se desentienda del otro...) y el desplazamiento de la empresa, escuela y Estado como agentes educadores en lugar de la familia. En este apartado, el autor propone un test de medición: ¿Qué tal manejas tu tiempo?, cuya finalidad es conocer cómo las personas invierten su tiempo en las diversas actividades: laboral, familiar y de esparcimiento.

Over the years, mega sporting events have gained great relevance worldwide. In this sense, the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, seen as such, brought together thousands of people from all over the world. This space represented the attendees an occasion for them to generate social interactions, which could be culturally enriching. This led to investigating in the first place: what is culture, what impact does it have, and what is the perception of it? This concept defined from different aspects artistic, anthropological, historical, social, just to mention a few, also had to be accompanied by the ways in which the subjects appropriate it, hence the real question arises: Is there any impact on the culture of the attendant to a mega sporting event with the participation of international athletes? That is why in the case of the present work it was observed within these processes that mega sporting events are constituted in elements of culture since as defined by Diaz Aguado (1999, p. 116). “Enculturation unifies people by providing common experiences”. As well as moving from multiculturalism to transculturality. From field research, some main cultural elements were identified as disrupted: traditions and rituals, sports, language and architecture among others.

Hace más de 15 años dio inicio el proyecto de publicación de la revista semestral Hospitalidad ESDAI con el propósito de abrir un espacio para la discusión de los problemas y retos que enfrenta la industria hospitalaria y de los servicios, con un enfoque de interdisciplinariedad. La Escuela de Administración de Instituciones (ESDAI), de la Universidad Panamericana, institución pionera en el ramo, tiene que establecer pautas para la comprensión del fenómeno hospitalario, que no se limita a un intercambio económico sino que trasciende al ámbito del encuentro humano.

The main objective of this paper is to present an overview of the entrepreneurial process considered as one of the approaches that allows a comprehensive and rigorous approach to creating micro and small enterprises as well as their initial development in order to increase their chances of success and lessen the chances of premature failures. It also highlights the importance not only of conceiving the preparation of a plan but also its evolutionary process in which as it advances it will gradually be transformed from a fuzzy idea to a company in operation with the possibility of consolidation.

La industria de la hospitalidad es un ámbito idóneo para desarrollar el potencial de la persona en el servicio a los demás; un espacio de sentido que puede ser especialmente rico para la formación de los individuos. El espacio de interacción que es el trabajo puede, al mismo tiempo, ser un ambiente propicio para desencadenar conflictos y relaciones de poder que se conviertan fácilmente en abusos de autoridad y violencia, cuando no se han sentado las bases de la convivencia en el respeto a la dignidad de la persona y en el principio básico de considerar al otro como un igual.

Alleging that television «does not educate» numerous TV programs fill homes with trash. With the so-called «reality shows», the culture of violent void invading other media--such as newscasts and printed media--has been massively sown. A new era emerges at media threshold: reality simulation and apology of morbidity and violence with humor overtones, providing not a personal equality but a mass equality. Reality shows become a sort of virtual hospital where «patients» are healed by exposing their miseries to the public eye. In this way, through the coarsest massification, mediocrity is democratized since, faced with the contemplation of other people's miseries, common man contemplates himself as a privileged being not aspiring to being more than he is. This reality of ideological and personal vacuity is rampant both in-«family» and newcast programs. All the media carnival focused on the attention to this irreplaceable resource of human communication has to do with the booming of the Constructivist tinted education. This has a basis student's autonomy, based on what he or she knows and is able to develop. Verbal language is the premise for knowledge construction. The universities have echoed this trend, and now the curriculum allows for those subjects promoting the exertion of reflection and expression.

This article studies the religious experience as a moment of encounter and cultural unity. From the philosophy of Religion proposed by Ernst Cassirer in Mythical Thought, an interpretation of two texts is elaborated: the encounter between San Juan Diego and the Virgin Mary (Tonantzin Guadalupe) and Moses and the Burning Bush (Yahweh); with both analyses two central results are manifested: (1) that the emotional warning, denominated by Cassirer as “symbolic expression”, constitutes the foundation of the encounter and unity between the human being and the divinity and (2) that such symbolic expression implies ritual activities through which the understanding of the mystery is possible.

El arte cristiano en general debe asumir el desafío de enseñar las profundidades de la fe, mediante un designio estético. En el Cristianismo de la Antigüedad, este proceso enfrentaba dificultades excepcionales: la convicción de vivir los últimos tiempos y la proscripción de las imágenes por parte del judaísmo; fueron necesarias nuevas generaciones que asumieran creativamente las “ultimidades” y que establecieron un fuerte nexo entre templo y comunidad. Luego debió asumir la Cruz, dolor y muerte, como emblema estético.

Fuerza primitiva y fuerza derivativa en G. W. Leibniz: modificación y limitación

Derivative force is described by Leibniz as a modification or limitation of the entelechy or primitive force. However, he also describes it as belonging to phenomena and as the cause of physical motion. Some scholars have found in this particular matter an unsolvable trouble, while some others have proposed different solutions. This paper presents an analysis of the notion of “mode” as it describes the relationship between primitive and derivative forces. Taking this into account, I shall criticize the interpretation of two scholars on this matter, and I will try to provide an explanation on how the derivative forces can belong to phenomena while being a modification of entelechy. This may be a major achievement in order to understand the relations between metaphysics and dynamics in Leibnizian philosophy. © Tópicos
